Shipping and Packaging
Custom Kasia Jewelry box is included with every order, as well as pouch and polishing cloth. If you wish for a personalized note to be packaged with your order, please let us know at checkout.
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS Ground, 2nd Day, or Next Day Air. Complimentary 2nd Day shipping is available for all domestic online orders valued over $500. Complimentary 2nd Day shipping does not apply to custom orders, orders using the 50%/50% split payment option nor In-Person or Virtual Shopping appointment orders.
All international orders are shipped via UPS or DHL using express or expedited service. There may be duties and/or import taxes imposed by the destination country upon entry. Kasia Jewelry is not responsible for, nor has any influence over these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you have questions please contact your local customs for further information. Kasia Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to customs when shipping internationally. All costs incurred on a refused delivery due to high customs fees, duties, taxes, and/or restrictions imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
General Shipping Guidelines:
All orders are shipped securely with tracking provided upon shipment and complimentary insurance included. We require an adult signature upon delivery for all orders. Please note that once a package is signed for, insurance on the order is no longer covered. In the event that you wish to split an order into two or more shipments, it is clients responsibility for the shipping and handling fee associated with each additional shipment.
Kasia Jewelry is not liable for “lost” packages when tracking indicates it has been delivered. Please note that a package confirmed lost is not eligible for refund in lieu of replacement pieces.
Kasia Jewelry is not responsible for any delayed delivery of packages due to an adult being unavailable to sign, severe weather, or any operational issues at third party shipping carriers. If your package is returned to us for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If you opt to not reship your order, you will be responsible for a restock fee of 30% of the order total.
If you are in need of your package being held at a UPS customer center, please reach out to email@example.com and we will assist with this request. Please be aware that if you reroute your package to a UPS facility yourself and it is refused/returned to us, you will be responsible for either the cost of reshipment or a restock fee of 30% of the order total.
