Returns, Repairs & Resizes

Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you need to make a return, here’s how it works:

Eligibility:

For items purchased directly from us (online, in-showroom, or at a pop-up), we offer exchange for store credit within 7 days of tracked delivery or pick up.

Final Sale Items:

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Engagement rings

  • Eternity bands

  • Our Men's Collection

  • All wedding bands in Platinum, Rose Gold or White Gold

  • Last Ones In Stock Collection

  • Engraved pieces

  • Custom / bespoke orders

How to Request a Return:

1. Email returns@kasiajewelry.com within 7 days of tracked delivery or date of pick up with your order number in the subject line to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

2. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email and an RMA number.

3. Ship your item back within 7 days of tracked delivery with the RMA number included. (Drop off to our showroom also available for local clients).

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be new, unworn, clean, and undamaged.

  • All returns must include the RMA number and be shipped in original condition and secure packaging with a tracking number.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend insuring and tracking your package.

  • If you are local, you may schedule a drop-off at our showroom—please email contact@kasiajewelry.com to arrange an appointment.

  • Items purchased with store credit are final sale and not eligible for further return or exchange.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing an order. We are unable to process refunds after this window.

Repairs:

Please be sure to insure and track any pieces you ship to us should repairs be needed. We will return your jewelry as an insured shipment as well.

*All repair shipping costs are at clients expense. If you are local, we offer repair drop-off at our Showroom. Please contact us to schedule.

Resizes:

We offer a one-time complimentary resize on most Ready To Ship rings between sizes 4-10, purchased from our online store and at the time of purchase. Please leave a note with your size at checkout. Your piece will still ship within 5-7 business days. For sizes other than 4-10, please reach out to us here.

 

For resize requests on existing Kasia Jewelry bands, reach out to us here. Please note the piece will be subject to a minor resize fee.
