Refund policy

For items purchased from us directly (online, in-showroom or during pop-ups), we offer an exchange for store credit within 7 days of tracked delivery or pick up. The following products are final sale, and are not eligible for exchange or return: engagement rings, eternity bands, our Men's Collection, all Wedding Bands in Platinum, Rose Gold or White Gold, Last Ones In Stock Collection, engraved or custom/bespoke orders, and sale items. 

Exchange Guidelines:

  • Items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged.
  • Please process your return request within 7 days of tracked delivery.
  • Claim Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing returns@kasiajewelry.com with your order number in the subject line.
  • We will email you a confirmation of Return request and issue an RMA number. You may return an item within 7 days from tracked delivery for store credit (less shipping costs). Items purchased with store credit are no longer eligible for further exchange or return.  
  • All returns must include the RMA number.
  • All returned items must be in the original condition and secure packaging with a tracking number.
  • All shipping costs associated with returns are at client's expense. Please be sure to insure and track any pieces you ship to us. If you are local, we offer drop-off appointments at our Showroom. Please reach out to contact@kasiajewelry.com to schedule. 

Please note that cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing an order. No refunds will be granted after those 6 hours.
