Showroom Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead by example by delivering sales and performance results daily and during events.
  • Maintain an efficient and highly functional showroom, ensuring that the team is creating an exceptional high standard of customer service.
  • Ensure showroom stylists are creating memorable and personalized experiences for Kasia Jewelry clientele by overseeing staff adherence to brand styling guidelines to clients through their purchasing decisions.
  • Oversee client inquiries via phone, email & social communication/sales channels and ensure that high standards are upheld by the team.
  • Oversee all client appointments (In-Person/Virtual Video Conference) as well as coordinated ‘Showroom Open House Events’ in our private showroom, creating a truly personalized experience in a luxury goods environment.
  • Consistently seek ways to improve the customer experience by designing and implementing efficiency improvement initiatives, policies, and procedures.
  • Problem-solve customer experience escalations, in partnership with operations and customer care, ensuring the best possible experience for all customers.
  • Oversee administration, maintenance, and support for all business-related systems/applications (CRM, Marketing Platforms, etc.) required for the showroom operations.
  • Coordination/Execution of all the showroom related brand initiatives (sales, marketing, website development, production & sales cycle).
  • Ability to train and develop Team Members, conduct Store training meetings as needed.
  • Oversee and coordinate performance management and high-level KPI's.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
  • Must possess at least 3 years of experience in retail management (jewelry brand awareness a plus).
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and work in conjunction with the marketing and sales department.
  • BA or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects at one time, think critically, and adapt quickly in a flexible environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence in front of customers, employees, vendors, and potential partners.

  • Excellent Time Management Skills along with a workflow discipline.
