Shipping and Packaging
Custom Kasia Jewelry pouch or box will be included in every order. If you wish to leave a customized note with your order, please let us know upon ordering.
All fine jewelry is shipped UPS with tracking and comes with complimentary insurance (on orders over $2,000). We require a signature upon delivery for any order over $1,000. Kasia Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. If you opt for not re-shipping your order, there will be a 20% restock fee.
For international shipments, there may be duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country upon delivery. Kasia Jewelry is not responsible for these charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
- Kasia Jewelry is not responsible for the delivery of packages due to customs, address change or weather related issues when shipping internationally.
- All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
