Returns, Repairs & Resizes
Returns:
For items purchased from us directly (online, in-showroom or during pop-ups), we offer an exchange for store credit within 7 days of tracked delivery. The following products are final sale, and are not eligible for exchange or return: engagement rings, eternity bands, our Men's Collection, Last Ones In Stock Collection, engraved or custom/bespoke orders.
- Items should be returned new, unworn, clean and undamaged.
- Please process your return request within 7 days of tracked delivery.
- Claim Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing returns@kasiajewelry.com with your order number in the subject line.
- We will email you a confirmation of Return request and issue an RMA number. You may return an item within 7 days from tracked delivery for store credit (less shipping costs). Items purchased with store credit are no longer eligible for further exchange or return.
- All returns must include the RMA number.
- All returned items must be in the original condition and secure packaging with a tracking number.
- All shipping costs associated with returns are at client's expense. Please be sure to insure and track any pieces you ship to us. If you are local, we offer drop-off appointments at our Showroom. Please reach out to contact@kasiajewelry.com to schedule.
Please note that cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing an order. No refunds will be granted after those 6 hours.
Repairs:
Please be sure to insure and track any pieces you ship to us should repairs be needed. We will return your jewelry as an insured shipment as well.
*All repair shipping costs are at clients expense. If you are local, we offer repair drop-off at our Showroom. Please contact us to schedule.
Resizes:
We offer a one-time complimentary resize on most Ready To Ship rings between sizes 4-8, purchased from our online store and at the time of purchase. Please leave a note with your size at checkout. Your piece will still ship within 5-7 business days. For sizes other than 4-8, please reach out to us here.
For resize requests on existing Kasia Jewelry bands, reach out to us here. Please note the piece will be subject to a minor resize fee.
