SHIPPING

All fine jewelry is shipped UPS with tracking and comes with complimentary insurance (on orders over $2,000). We require a signature upon delivery for any order over $1,000. Kasia Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. If you opt for not re-shipping your order, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Returns

For items purchased from us directly (online, in-showroom or during trunk shows), we offer an exchange for merchandise or store credit on any stock items within 7 days of purchase. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale, custom or resized items, or made-to-order items including engagement rings and wedding bands.

Warranty

At Kasia Jewelry, proper craftsmanship is our top priority and we ensure that every item goes through thorough quality checks. However, fine jewelry is delicate by nature. If any structural damage were to happen, we offer a 12 month warranty (from the delivery time) excluding the center stone. Our warranty protects the purchase against manufacturing defects that could come up as a result of Kasia Jewelry having done something unintentionally wrong in the build and fabrication process.
