SHIPPING

All fine jewelry is shipped via UPS 2-Day or Next Day Air, including tracking and complimentary insurance. We require a signature upon delivery for all orders. Complimentary 2-Day shipping is available to all domestic online orders valued over $500. Complimentary 2-Day shipping does not apply to custom orders or orders using the 50/50 split payment option. In the event that you wish to break apart an order into two shipments, you will be subject to an additional shipping and handling fee. Kasia Jewelry is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. We are not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to us for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order. If you opt for not re-shipping your order, there will be a 20% restock fee.

Returns

For items purchased from us directly (online, in-showroom or during pop-ups), we offer a one time exchange for merchandise or store credit within 7 days of tracked delivery. We do not accept returns or exchanges on engagement rings, eternity bands, our Men's Collection, Last Ones In Stock Collection, engraved or custom/bespoke orders.

Warranty

At Kasia Jewelry, proper craftsmanship is our top priority and we ensure that every item goes through thorough quality checks. However, fine jewelry is delicate by nature. If any structural damage were to happen, we offer a 12 month warranty (from the delivery time) excluding the center stone and sides stones over 1.5mm. Our warranty protects the purchase against manufacturing defects that could come up as a result of Kasia Jewelry having done something unintentionally wrong in the build and fabrication process.
