Kasia Jewelry is seeking an exceptional Showroom Coordinator to join our growing team in La Jolla.

This is a multifaceted role at the center of the brand, connecting the showroom, our clients, daily operations and the creative world of Kasia Jewelry.

We are looking for someone polished, intuitive and highly organized, with a natural sense of ownership. Someone who notices the details, anticipates what is needed and takes pride in creating an experience that feels considered from beginning to end.

As a small, founder-led luxury brand, we move quickly and work closely. The right person will be equally comfortable welcoming a client, preparing jewelry for an appointment, coordinating a repair, capturing a beautiful behind-the-scenes moment and making sure the details of an upcoming launch are exactly right.

THE ROLE

Showroom & Operations

You will help oversee the rhythm of our new La Jolla showroom and ensure the details behind the scenes are as thoughtful as the experience our clients see.

This includes coordinating client pickups, drop-offs, repairs and resizing; preparing jewelry and the showroom for appointments; managing shipping and fulfillment; maintaining client records and follow-ups; supporting events and launches; and keeping the showroom beautifully organized and running seamlessly.

You will work closely with the founder and serve as an important connection between clients, production, marketing and day-to-day operations.

Client Experience

Our relationships with our clients are at the heart of Kasia Jewelry.

You will manage daily client communication with warmth, polish and attention to detail, coordinate appointments and aftercare, and help ensure every interaction feels distinctly personal.

Content & Brand

This role also lives inside the visual world of Kasia Jewelry.

You will help capture the moments that tell our story: new pieces arriving, jewelry being styled, behind-the-scenes details, showroom moments, appointments, launches and the everyday beauty that happens around the brand.

A strong eye for photography, video and social content is essential.

You will also support email marketing, social media, Pinterest, launches and promotions, helping ensure that what we put into the world is beautiful, accurate and unmistakably Kasia Jewelry.

You have excellent judgment and are comfortable working independently within a small team where your contribution is visible and meaningful.

You also have a genuine appreciation for design, jewelry, fashion and the details that make a brand feel special.

EXPERIENCE

Experience within fine jewelry, luxury retail, fashion, hospitality or another elevated client environment is preferred.

Experience creating thoughtful, visually compelling social content is required.

You should be confident with digital tools used across client communication, CRM, e-commerce, email marketing, social media and content creation. Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Google Workspace and social media management tools is helpful.

Excellent written communication and a high level of attention to detail are essential.
