Warranty:

We are pleased to provide a one-year warranty, beginning on the date of purchase, on all of the jewelry pieces. This warranty covers genuine manufacturing defects, including issues arising from craftsmanship or faulty materials.

Please note that this warranty does not extend to damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, misuse, or improper care. Examples of exclusions include, but are not limited to: broken chains, prongs bent out of shape due to impact, center stone damage or loss, or stones lost as a result of mishandling.

Returns: 

Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing an order. We are unable to process refunds after this window. For eligible items purchased directly from us, we offer exchange for store credit within 7 days of tracked delivery or pick up. The following items are final sale and are not eligible for exchange: Engagement Rings, Eternity Bands, Men's Collection, Sale Items, Engraved pieces, Custom / Bespoke orders, and all Bands in Platinum, Rose Gold or White Gold.
